We are all going through different challenges and experiences currently, at times it can be overwhelming the good news is there are ways to cope, these are my coping mechanisms currently.
What’s keeping me positive during this period:
The ability to meditate more often
Appreciating the sounds of the birds, enjoying my morning and afternoon coffee rituals.
Taking time to connect with my audience on social media.
Taking time to connect with family online.
Being mindful of what I watch and listen to.
Using this time to be creative and create artworks.
Using this time to nurture my plants and veggies.
Taking time to soak up some sun in the garden.
Journaling is a powerful tool to help work through a variety of emotions and restore balance.
